Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin enjoyed a rather short-lived romance in 2014 that was over far too soon (much to Gwyneth’s pleasure). However, it seems like they haven’t really shut the door on love as they actually just went to dinner at Kiwami Sushi in Studio City on Tuesday – right in time for the new year!
“They were engulfed in their little world of conversation,” a fellow diner tells PEOPLE about the “fun” dinner. “They were into each other and not noticing anyone else around them.”
Tucked away at a table towards the back of the restaurant, Lawrence, 24, and Martin, 37, “seemed to be just content with each other,” says the source. “He was really listening to what she was saying.”
I love that this is breaking commentary on what happened. I don’t know about you, but when you go to dinner with someone, don’t you give them your attention and generally expect them to listen to you when you’re talking? That’s not romance, that’s manners. But who knows, maybe there really is a love connection here! I was always a fan of this pairing, so stay tuned for this one!
