More sad news to report, unfortunately: legendary film actress Lauren Bacall has passed away at 89 after suffering from a massive stroke. Not much else is known as she has kept a pretty low profile in recent years, but we do know that she died at home in New York.
With deep sorrow, yet with great gratitude for her amazing life, we confirm the passing of Lauren Bacall. pic.twitter.com/B8ZJnZtKhN

Lauren was one of the most talented, beautiful actresses of Hollywood’s Golden Age – she was absolutely stunning and will be missed by everyone who ever watched one of her films.
Let’s remember her amazing feisty nature in the best way possible: watching her on What’s My Line in 1953. They don’t make ’em like this anymore, that’s for sure.
Back in 1986/1987 my drama teacher took a bunch of us to see Ms. Bacall perform. She was in Denver in the play “Sweet Bird of Youth” I cannot remember a thing about the plot–only how amazing it was to see Ms. Bacall and hear that voice!
stunning…she was such a stunning, classy actress.
