Skincare is important, and sunscreen is a definite daily must. I’m super pale, so when I was younger, I used to BURN – like, golf ball sized blisters on my shoulders from sun poisoning, which is NOT a good thing. And I even wore sunscreen! That hasn’t happened in many many years, but I now use sunscreen as part of my daily skincare/makeup routine and am all about the pale ass white colour I’m clearly meant to be.
That almost seemed like an advertisement, but I feel like I’m bonding with my arch enemy Lea Michele over this, because she’s done a new PSA for the Melanoma Research Alliance, encouraging people of all skin types and ages to wear sunscreen daily to avoid getting what’s apparently the most deadly form of skin cancer.
This is actually pretty important, so I’m on board with it, for sure. I think that’s the first time I’ve ever said that in regards to something Lea has done, but can’t fault a good thing!
really? you did in the beyonce post………
Seriously though. My sister had Melanoma and had an emergency surgery. I am so paranoid now and always wear sunblock for sensitive skin.
