We’ve seen a lyric video and a character teaser video for Katy Perry‘s new single, ‘Birthday’, which seems like a whole lot of lead up that the actual video would have a hard time living up to, right? Well, wrong… sorta. The full-length video is here, and it’s bizarre, slightly uncomfortable but also pretty hilarious.
