It’s been a while since we’ve had a best and worst celebrity looks of the week, so here we go. This is from the last week of October. I chose Kelly Osbourne for best celebrity dressing up as another celebrity. That’s her above as Christina Hendricks. Pretty dead-on.

I promise not to overdo it on the Halloween costumes.

Not sure who/what exactly Gwen Stefani‘s Halloween costume is, but the hair/makeup is honestly a good look for her.

Kanye and Kim, out celebrating her birthday. I don’t care, I f-cking LOVE Kanye’s blazer. Don’t like how long his shirt sleeves are, they kind of ruin the jacket by sticking out that much, but whatever, love it. And I think Kim looks ridiculous. But it’s her birthday, and you can wear whatever you want on your birthday, that’s my rule.

Here’s Kate Walsh, at the same event. Damn, someone got crazy-skinny. I like this outfit, I love what the cropped leather jacket brings to it. I would have chosen different shoes. Something a little less prim and pointy. It’s interesting how much younger her whole look is than Cobie’s, and she’s 16 years older.

Naomi Watts, at an after-party for the Diana premiere. Sorry, I think she is way too skinny to pull off this dress. Jesus, why is everyone so skinny??
