Alec Baldwin‘s Capital One commercials are so stunning and breathtaking, it’s no surprise he’s making a return to television. 30 Rock was okay but those commercials? Just awe-inspiring. It’s no wonder MSNBC is giving him a talk show. From The Daily News:
Alec Baldwin, the actor who manages to embrace much of the media while despising other parts of it [haha, burn] , has signed up for a 10 p.m. weekly “current events and culture” talk show on MSNBC.
“Up Late w/Alec Baldwin” will begin in late October, said MSNBC President Phil Griffin.
“After two seasons of my WNYC podcast, I’ve developed a fondness for hosting a show that involved talking with smart, talented and engaging people in every imaginable field,” Baldwin said in a statement. “I’m grateful to MSNBC for helping me bring a similar show to television.”
You know who doesn’t want to be up late with Alec Baldwin? This guy.
Will you be watching? Personally, any Alec Baldwin after Beetlejuice Alec Baldwin is dead to me. (Ha ha ha get it? Oh man. Fun times.)
I’ll check it out. I think he’s funny! My favorite was the Hula commercial with the reptilians….
