If this is supposed to be some kind of clever ploy in order to make Kristen and Rupert look all hounded and pursued and tortured, and thus, sympathetic to the public’s eye, I have to say—it’s just not going to f-cking happen. It’s not, OK? So, like, don’t even try. From Fox News:
Photos of “Twilight” star Kristen Stewart canoodling with Rupert Sanders, the very married director of her last film “Snow White and the Huntsman,” have likely fetched “at least $250,000, maybe $300,000 on the high end” for the paparazzi agency involved, one expert tells FOXNews.com.
Bauer said he heard that US Weekly assigned FameFlynet to follow Stewart and Sanders on a tip that the two were getting busy behind closed doors, or as it looks now, even out of doors. “From what I heard, it was an assignment, the magazine was actually working the story,” explained Bauer. “(The story) didn’t come from the photographers, it was the other way around: it went editorial to photo, as opposed to photo to editorial.”
A top celebrity editor agreed with Bauer’s scenario, telling FOXNews.com: “From what I understand, Us Weekly had been on the story for a while. They had a tip that Kristen was cheating on Rob with her director, so not only did they have photogs on Kristen, they had photogs on Rupert as well.”
Scott Cosman, owner of FameFlyNet, told the Los Angeles Times that a lone photographer was trailing Stewart as she met Sanders in her Mini Cooper on July 17. The photographer did not recognize Sanders, but knew one thing for sure–that the scruffy, middle-aged man was definitely not Stewart’s boyfriend and “Twilight” costar, Robert Pattinson.
In any case, Us Weekly made no apologies for their scoop.
Man. Can you even imagine being the photographer lucky enough to catch Kristen Stewart and Rupert Sanders, as it said in other places in the original Fox News article, “pawing one another like teenagers”? Because for one, gross. And two, what assholes! Honestly, the more we hear about this story, the worse it sounds for everyone involved—any by “everyone,” I mean “those who matter,” which in this particular case would be Robert and Rupert’s wife, Liberty. All I know is that each and every detail that emerges only paints a worse and worse picture of what’d really been going on.
It’s getting bad for me, guys. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to watch ‘Twilight’ ever again. I was even planning on re-reading the series, just for the hell of it, before all this happened. Gosh.
Do not give up on Twilight just because the actress that plays Bella is an ass! There is so much more to the series than her potrayal. I have always been Team Rob since before Harry Potter…and I will continue being Team Rob, but don’t ble the books or movies on her horrific decision to be unfaithful!
She probably loves Rob sincerely but also wanted to have hot taboo sex with someone else. Pretty much everyone has that attraction at some point. But once you go for it, and choose ongoing deception, you’re not trustworthy anymore. Too bad.
