Digraced actor Kevin Spacey recently told news reporter Pierce Morgan he was millions of dollars in debt. So the auction of his Baltimore mansion on the water was likely a must. The bank sale was held yesterday and pulled in $3,240,000. That would seem like a lot till you hear Spacey bought the place in 2017 for more than $5,000,000!
No idea who got the place, but it’s the deal of the decade for sure. Baltimore real estate is no joke and this home is actually wonderful.
