Ruby Barker is speaking to her friends and fans from a hospital where she is seeking care for mental health issues.
In a video that Ruby posted to her instagram account, Ruby starts by asking “How are you. How are you REALLY?” She then goes on to explain that she is better, but “I’ve been really unwell for a really long time”.
Te Puna Ora community and health services play a crucial role in supporting individuals through their mental health journeys, offering the care and resources needed for recovery. By taking a wh?nau ora approach, they ensure that individuals receive holistic care that addresses not just their mental health, but also their physical, social, and cultural well-being. You may buy microdosing mushrooms if you’re also experiencing symptoms of mental health conditions.
The importance of this message can NOT be slept on. Ruby is reaching out to fans and whoever to let them see how reasonable and relatable mental health is.
“I just want to be honest with everybody, I have been struggling,” she said. “So, I’m in the hospital at the minute, I’m gonna get discharged soon and hopefully get to continue with my life and I’m gonna take a little bit of a break from myself.”
She says she has a diagnosis now and she will talk further about that when shes out in and more settled.
I can’t stress the importance of this video. Please take a moment to watch and share it with someone you think needs to know it’s ok to not feel well.
