There’s something so refreshing about a child of celebrities not wanting to be in the spotlight. Malia was always the more shy of the Obama sisters, so it’s not surprising her career path in Hollywood is being done behind the scenes and not in them.
Malia Obama is joining the Donald Glover series, “Hive.” being produced, by Glover, for Amazon.
The series will follow a Beyonce like character and that’s about all anyone knows about it. In addition to Malia, Glover has brought in Janine Nabers (Watchmen) to write as well.
Malia, 22, went to Harvard and then served as an intern with several productions, including “Girls” with HBO.
Glover has also just signed on to a remake of Mr & Mrs Smith along side “Fleabag” star, Phoebe Walter-Bridge. That’s gonna be awesome.
