Last month adult film legend Jessica Jaymes was found dead in her LA home by her ex husband, Nadir Maraschin, 
who had become concerned when he couldn’t reach her. Jessica had a history of seizures, so it’s suspected she died due to complications from that.
But I can’t stress how important it is to have a WILL!! People think wills are for old people or rich people. Most people have at least one thing they want given to someone special. Or have a pet they need cared for or even just how they wish to be laid to rest.
Jessica had no such will according to The Blast. Maraschin is asking to be named the administrator of his late wife’s estate, which would give him the power to handle all her posthumous affairs, including financial royalties she may be owed from any of the 200+ adult scenes she starred in.
Jaymes’ husband listed some of her financial information; estimating her personal property at $100,000. He also listed her 4 bed, 2 baths 2,281 sq ft home in North Hills, CA at $600,000 and the $300,000 mortgage she carried.
