Parker Posey is often called the indie film queen, due to her love of keepin it real with her film choices. (1995’s Party Girl. Rent it. Trust me) But it seems like film budgets aren’t all she keeps small.
Posey just bought the cutest 800 square foot condo in the super hip Chelsea area of Manhattan. The adorable spot is rich with character, charm and about as much outdoor space as indoor.
Just one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, the top two floors hit Parker to the tune of $1.495m.
