The Duchess of Cambridge has received the Queen’s highest seal of approval as she’s made a Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order. Bet Meghan is super jelly!
Buckingham Palace made the announcement on Kate’s eighth wedding anniversary to Prince William.
Awards under the Royal Victorian Order are made personally by the Queen, for services to the sovereign.
It’s likely that the Queen bestowed the prestigious honor on Kate, 37, in recognition of her work as a member of the monarchy.
She has supported her own causes such as the early years development of children, traveled the country on behalf of the monarch and helped to raise awareness about mental health alongside her husband and Prince Harry.
