Madonna fans with deep pockets could find themselves the owner of some of the 59-year-old star’s personal seduction letters – as a haul of memorabilia goes on sale today.
The online auction looks set to raise in excess of $150,000 with one of the most lauded pieces being a romantically-charged letter from Madonna to model Amanda Cazalet, which sees the singer suggest getting in touch with her is so hard it’s like ‘trying to seduce the pope’.
The love letter is carrying a price tag of $50,000 and joins other items including the crystal-adorned bra Madonna wore in her controversial book Sex in 1992, an early headshot of the star and a letter from a record company telling a young Madonna that she wasn’t ‘ready’ for stardom in 1981.
