Black Crowes frontman Robinson, 50, and Kate Hudson, 37, are in some new bid to change their agreed upon custody arrangements for their 13 year old son Ryder.
The two separated in August 2006 amid rumors that the actress was involved in an affair with her ‘You, Me and Dupree’ co-star Owen Wilson.
Robinson filed for divorce that November but it wasn’t finalized until the following October.
Since then they have given every indication of being amicable in their separation, once claiming that they spoke every day in their bid to happily co-parent Ryder.
Now newly filed documents in California’s Superior Court name Robinson as the petitioner and Hudson as the respondent.
Both Robinson and Hudson have agreed to allow the evaluator access to their health and mental health records and to ‘confer with health care providers, therapists, educators and other persons whom the evaluator deems necessary for the purpose of performing the evaluation.’
They have also agreed to submit to drugs, alcohol and psychological testing if deemed necessary by the evaluator.
