I mean, I’m a Ravenclaw through and through, so pride comes naturally to me when it comes to discussing my Hogwarts house. That means I can’t really understand the struggles of having to tell people you’re a Hufflepuff, let alone having to BE one. That’s something Eddie Redmayne is dealing with, though – and frankly, he’s kinda proud of it.
In a new piece of promo for Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, MTV sponsored a PSA spoof in which Eddie reveals his proud Hufflepuff status, and it’s pretty hilarious (if you’re a Harry Potter dork, that is, which I am).

If you can’t see the video above, here’s what Eddie says:
“For far too long now, Hufflepuffs have been victimized. They call us boring. They call us beige. They say we’re the nice guys. But you know what? You know what I see in Hufflepuffs? I see loyalty. I see fierce friendship. We are hardworking, we are compassionate, and at the end of the day, we’re going to do the right thing. And not because of the glory. Not because of the glory. But for the greater good.”
Hmm… I guess good for him for being brave.
Are you a Hufflepuff? Are you brave enough to admit it?
