JK Simmons may not be someone you’d expect to have a $4.5 million home to sell. He’s a character actor that drifts from tv commercials (Farmers), to indie films (Juno) to random TV spot (Archer). And of course he occasionally picks up an oscar for his work (“Whiplash”). But it’s true. The guy who not only sells you insurance and plays the red M&M (seriously) is selling a house for $4,495,000.
