Last week’s firing of Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson has been all anyone in the industry rags can talk about. And now it seems the cast is getting in on the fun.
As previously reported, Gibson was first suspended and then fired from the hit ABC show after reportedly kicking two staff members. The on-set physical altercations involved him hitting a writer-producer (Virgil Williams) and an assistant director (Ian Woolf), but tension between Gibson and his co-star Shemar Moore is apparently well known.
Over the weekend Moore posted a video to his instagram account where he throws all kinds of shade at Gibson, while never actually saying his name.
“Lot of birdies chirping out there; the gossip is real,” Moore said in the Instagram video. “I’ll just say this: I believe in karma. Good things happen to good people. Honest people. Hard-working people. Humble people. People who believe in basic goodness. … Treat people how you expect them to treat you. Celebrate yourself and celebrate your blessings — as you should — but just know that you’re not better than anybody.”
Soon after, Moore removed the post without further mention. Of course the internet never forgets anything. A David Boreanaz fan feed on twitter had already downloaded and shared the video.
