It’s been too long since we peeked at the fashions of celebrities: the good, the bad, the utterly WTF. Yes, it is time for another round of Best and Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week! Let’s take a moment to go through these photos of celebrity outfits and deem which celeb had the BEST, WORST, and most WTF look of the week, shall we? We’ve got some really *interesting* dresses this week, what with all the awards bullshit.

And rest in peace to my ultimate fashion icon, David Bowie. I will miss you terribly.

 

Meghan Trainor, good lord, what is going on here? You can afford an actual dress, no? She looks like she’s wearing streamers that were used in a Tim Burton themed prom. Kids these days.

 

And here we have Paula Abdul. How long as it been since you’ve gazed upon Paula Abdul? Too long, right? I don’t know if she really has the edge to pull off this dress. She doesn’t look bad in it, but it’s a little, “Wait, what?” Maybe if she went with a sleeker hairdo.

Nicole Kidman. Uh. It almost looks like the dress is too heavy for her. Like it’s physically uncomfortable for her to wear it.

I usually swoon over Miranda Kerr but this gives me lols. It’s like something a court jester would wear to a funeral.

 

Mariah, while I salute you for changing up your usual mini dress routine, I’m wondering why you’re wearing a chic sleeping bag with a leather top sewn in.

 

Jennifer Lopez is bringing it, right down to her “I can’t believe I’m doing a cop show for NBC” pout.

 

Here’s Christina Hendricks at a Vivienne Westwood event, so I get why she’s wearing that gown, but I still think she looks like a sexy couch.

 

Lady Gaga is still working her toned down “I sing with Tony Bennett” look, which I dig. The whole look is also very Dick Tracy era Madonna. Still don’t quite understand why Gaga 1. won a Golden Globe for her acting and 2. was absolutely freaking out over it, but OK.

 

This is Lea Seydoux, a French actress and “face” of Louis Vuitton. I think it’s nice that vampire dominatrix superheroes support Unicef.

 

Kate Bosworth is into some weird dress capris under tiny dress situation here. I don’t get her.

 

Jennifer Garner is giving me serious ’90s Bat Mitzvah dress vibes. Because unless you’re 13 and it’s 1990-something, I don’t really support this.

 

Soooo, I’m sorry, but I think that Courtney Love is too old to dress like this. I think most teenagers are too old to dress like this.

 

Classic Gaby Hoffmann, keeping it real. Real wacky.

 

Khloe Kardashian REALLY loves those onesies. I mean, to me she looks like a confused race car driver, but whatever.

 

After watching Jessica Jones, my love for Krysten Ritter has only grown stronger. Red is such a good color on her.

 

Rumer Willis. IDK, I guess I’m just not a fan of this whole over exposed décolletage dress trend.

 

And finally, Penelope Cruz in a dress that says, “I trusted Etsy.”
