Rene Zellweger has been missing from the Hollywood scene for a few years now. She was everywhere, and then nowhere. It’s like she was this weird dream we all had and forgot about. Then, when she finally poked her head out into the sunlight, people far and wide gasped and said, “WTF happened to Renee Zellweger’s face?” And we all talked about it, and she disappeared again. This is why we can’t have nice things.
But she’s not gone forever! Turns out she’s been working on the 2nd sequel to the Bridget Jones movies: Bridget Jones And Who Gives A Fuck Bridget Jones’s Baby. I guess Bridget Jones is having a baby in this one. AND she’s traded her diary for an iPad:

Sadly, Hugh Grant is leaving this hot mess of a franchise behind, and will not be in the third film, according to Access Hollywood. Colin Firth, however, has apparently decided that he’d like a new house, and will be reprising his role as Mark Darcy. His fate in the film will not be the same as Darcy’s fate in the books.
The film is scheduled to open on Sept. 16, 2016. Be honest: who’s going? Who’s waiting for it to hit Netflix? Who isn’t waiting or going at all?
The second film was so bad, you guys. So bad. I don’t think I trust them anymore. I’ll probably pass on this one.
