Yesterday was a big day for the royal family: Princess Charlotte was christened! Everyone was looking forward to getting a glimpse of the Princess of Cambridge now that she’s a little more than two months old (and we just saw new photos last month), but it turns out, it was her big brother, Prince George, who ended up stealing the show with his cuteness.
I mean, seriously – how can you not love this adorable face?
Cute, right? Yesterday also marked the day Kate named Charlotte’s five godparents – yes, that’s right, FIVE. I won’t bother to name them all since they’re no one of note, but man, they’ve got a serious backup plan going on. Charlotte was christened at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Norfolk, which is 110 miles away from London. Nevertheless, over 2,000 well-wishers turned up just to watch the family go in and out of the church, which says a lot.
