If you want to give your guys some good exercise by having them roll all the way to the back of your head, where they’re likely to get stuck, then you’re in luck and this story’s for you. Apparently Lady Gaga and Madonna are in a feud again, of sorts, as they fight over who gets to perform at a concert honouring the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall to be held this November. They could both play, of course, but apparently they refuse to support one another, so it’s an all-out bullshit war.
From The Daily Star:
A German mole told us: “Madonna and Gaga are equally desperate for the honour of performing. They both like to think of themselves as very political, and will also have new albums to promote by then. It could reignite their long-running feud as the date draws nearer because neither are used to being told no.
“However it’s highly likely organisers would choose the Queen of Pop over Gaga, if push came to shove.”
What the hell is wrong with these two? This may or may not be true – I’m guessing it’s true but to a less dramatic extent. I just think they both need to get a grip. Madonna is too old for this bullshit and needs to sit confident in her status as an absolute legend. Gaga needs to realize she’s a Madonna carbon copy, only not nearly as good, and chillax and show some respect.
Do they know the tragic history of that barrier wall and care to behave in a dignified manner respecting and honoring the ceremony.
If you asked either one the history of the wall and what factors lead to it’s removal, the one who can coherently explain it should perform.
I doubt either one would get beyond “DUH”.
