Okay, this story is a bit convoluted and 100% a hot mess. Apparently two cops attended the scene of Whitney Houston‘s death. One of them, Sgt. Terry Nutall, apparently knelt beside the singer’s dead body, lifted up the sheet covering it and remarked, “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?”
The other cop who was there, Sgt. Brian Weir, thought that was pretty fucked up and reported it, which didn’t work all that well for him, according to a new lawsuit he’s filed.
From TMZ:
Weir claims he came forward with the complaint soon after Whitney’s death … and was subsequently canned from his positions with the coveted SWAT and K-9 teams in retaliation. Weir claims he was also denied promotions and other benefits.
He’s suing for unspecified damages.
This is such a mess on so many levels. But actually, I have to believe Weir – after all, it goes right along with what Ray J said about cops making “disrespectful comments” towards Whitney’s body. This needs to be handled, but it’s California, so you know it won’t.
Disgusting but 100% believable. The trope of the Beautiful Dead Woman is a common one, with fashion spreads featuring models who look dead. The sexualisation of a dead woman doesn’t surprise me in the slightest.
Us, this cop is also known for filing other ridiculous “complaints” as well, all that were found to be unsubstantiated. This same complaining cop was also disciplined for filing those complaints in the past.
If he’s getting offended by chatter like this, he needs to find other work and stop being such a pussy.
LOL @ Ray J! ‘Cause we all know THAT’s a credible source…
Remember the cops who look at Whitney Houston’s dead body to Check her out, see what she looked like….
Oops sorry I thought I was writing some where else lol thanks
