Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom have been married for nearly four years (and together nearly seven) and even have an almost 3-year-old old son, Flynn, together. There have been rumours for a while now that the pair were having relationship trouble, but now they’ve made it official: they’re ending their marriage. Boo! They released a joint statement to E! News:
“In a joint statement, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months. After six years together, they have recently decided to formalize their separation.”
The statement continued, “Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family.”
Well, that’s a shame, but that’s Hollywood. It seems they all break up at one point or another. But here, let’s pontificate on this: how weird must it be to be a celebrity when you end your relationship and realise that you need to ISSUE A STATEMENT telling the ENTIRE WORLD that you’re no longer together? Like, it weirds me out that that’s a thing.
I’d never even thought of that.
Oh crap! I heard on the radio this morning that a very famous woman was canoodling with the douche Bieber and broke up her marriage! I wonder if this is the blind item?
