I’m not one for weddings in general, let alone celebrity ones, but even I have to admit that Kelly Clarkson and new husband Brandon Blackstock’s ceremony looked really lovely. The photos were Pinterest perfect and now we even have video of the special day. Like, this shit even got ME emotional, and I’m not easily moved by nonsense like this. The location – the luxury resort Blackberry Farm in the Smoky Mountains in Walland, Tennessee – is absolutely gorgeous. They look so happy and in love! And to top it all off, they used a Patty Griffin song over the video, so I’m basically done.
The clip, directed by Weiss Eubanks (whoever that is), was posted to Kelly’s Twitter page on Tuesday, where she also thanked fans for all their well-wishes. Seriously, girl, congrats on that shit. I think I’m getting soft in my old age (lol).
I like that bouquet, but her dress looks like grandma’s tablecloth.
