Amanda Bynes Is Totally Fine, Says Her Delusional Lawyer

I always wonder about the attorneys who agree to take on total hot messes as their clients and still take themselves seriously. I’m particularly curious about what has possessed Richard Hutton, Esq. to insist that his client Amanda Bynes is totally fine and that stories about her have been exaggerated – despite most of those stories coming straight from the horse’s Twitter.

While Amanda Bynes has been making headlines for eyebrow-raising behavior in New York City, her DUI attorney on the other side of the country insists things are not as bad as they seem.

“I think [reports] are way exaggerated,” Richard Hutton told PEOPLE on Wednesday in Beverly Hills, shortly after a hearing on his client’s case. “I think Amanda’s fine. I have no problems with her whatsoever. She’s a fine client.”

Hutton, who has spoken to Bynes, 27, recently, says, “Every time I’ve talked to her, I’ve had nice, attorney-client normal relations with her.”

Now, he’s not the one representing her in the bong-throwing arrest case, but he’s still got shit to say about it – mainly that it’s been “blown out of proportion”. Because, you know, he seems like a totally logical dude.

“The New York case doesn’t seem like much of a case, really. I mean, come on. Even if you believe everything you hear, it’s something that amounts to virtually nothing. And it’s my understanding there’s not much evidence to back that case up. There’s no physical evidence to back it up. I understand there’s no marijuana, no pipe.”

Uh, yeah, bro, that’s the point. There’s no pipe (bong) because she THREW IT OUT THE WINDOW, dipshit. Are people really this dumb? Maybe he needs to be arrested… for lack of common sense.
