Wow. I don’t even … I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that this is who this is. It’s all for a movie (actually, for ‘Dallas Buyer’s Club’, which is the movie that Matthew McConaughey is losing all the weight for), yes, but the startle-factor is so sky-high that it’s hard for me to even believe something this jaw-dropping and gasp-inducing actually exists.

Yup, if you guessed Jared Leto, you’re right. And oh my God, what a transformation, am I right? Jared plays the part of a cross-dresser in the aforementioned film, ‘Dallas Buyer’s Club’, and this was a photo taken on set in New Orleans earlier in the week. Leto’s character is an AIDS patient who helps Matthew McConaughey‘s character smuggle life-saving drugs from Mexico.
