“I love literally everything about her. I love her extreme talent. I love her writing. Her songs come from the soul. She’s incredibly beautiful. I think it’s very refreshing to see, and don’t get me wrong when I say this, somebody who is not looking extremely anorexic. I know for a fact, as much as you do, that the music industry makes kids get sick. So we’re not going to go further on that, but you know what I mean. She is going to help us, she’s going to help the world. It’s going to be bad when I meet her. I’m going to give her the biggest hug. I’m not kidding.”
– Celine Dion has strong feelings for Adele. Stars, they’re just like us!
I’ve never really liked Celine Dion, not because of anything she’s done to me personally, but because I’m just not all that invested in her. She has a lovely voice, obviously, and “My Heart Will Go On” was one of the songs I used to sing at my bus stop in middle school when I thought no one could hear me (they could, young Emily, they could), but … eh. She gets a big ol’ gold star for this one though. “She’s going to help us, she’s going to help the world.” I actually teared up a little bit at that.
And just because our dear Adele hasn’t been doing much out and about, what with her growing a baby and all, let’s just take a quick moment to remind ourselves why she’s the best:
What a remarkable way to start the morning, right?
What a talented women Adele is. Never really a fan of Celine but i agree with her about how wonderful Adele is.
