Halle Berry Hit Her Head

Halle Berry was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night after suffering an injury while shooting a movie.

Sources tell TMZ … Halle hit her head on concrete after taking a nasty fall.

According to a photo agency, Halle was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A.  We’re told the injury occurred at around 10 PM.  There was an ambulance on scene, and it appears that’s how Halle was transported.

Halle was shooting the movie, “The Hive.”  You’ll recall she suffered an ankle injury during another movie shoot in Spain.

Her condition is unclear.

Honestly, I’m not a Halle Berry fan – I don’t really love any of her movies (really I can only even name like two of them), and while people used to go on and on about how she’s the most gorgeous creature to ever walk the earth, I don’t really see it (gorgeous, yes, obviously, but I just don’t think she’s all that) – but of course this sucks. It sucks to hit your head, and sucks worse to bang your head on the floor, and I can’t even fathom the amount of suckiness that would come from hitting your head on concrete so hard that you have to be rushed to the hospital. Ouch. So many ouches.

Oh, and of course, Halle’s publicist JUST released a statement right as I was finishing up:

“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”

So this isn’t actually a big deal at all, and I just wasted an entire post on Halle Berry’s perfectly fine head. Ugh, today is the worst.
