From Us Weekly:
X-Factor judge Britney Spears walked off the show’s set during auditions Friday afternoon–just one day after TMZ reported she stormed off “angrily” following a hopeful contestant’s cover of one of her hits.
“After a very popular contestant finished, Brit stood up and immediately walked towards the tunnel where judges enter,” a show source tells Us Weekly of the pop star’s dramatic exit Friday afternoon–adding that it wasn’t clear what spurred the departure. “Her bodyguards [and entourage] jumped up and ran after her. She was moving fast . . . It was odd.” (The witness adds that, after a little while, “she came back,” as though nothing unusual had happened.)
During Thursday’s auditions, the X-Factor source told Us Spears–who will reportedly see a $15 million payday for her stint on the show–seemed “uptight” compared to her fellow judges Simon Cowell, LA Reid and Demi Lovato. “Her body language was reserved,” the source shared.
So what’s the deal on this, then? Is she walking off and being all detached because of her prior mental states? Or does she figure she’s a big enough celebrity that she can do practically whatever she wants to, and no one can do or say shit about it? All I can keep thinking about is the story that we ran a few days ago, more or less highlighting the fact that Britney took the ‘X-Factor’ job with the caveat that she can come and go as she pleases, and there’s not a whole lot anyone can really do about it. If all that’s the case, it must be nice, you know? If not, it’s just another story in probably many to come, proving the notion that Britney just might not be ready for all of this quite yet.
Wonder how Demi feels about all this.
Ohh. Ohh. I know. She had to run off and read EBG to see if she was top item yet. No, well she had to walk her entourage so they had exercise… or maybe she just went for a pee Sarah.
If I were Britney’s supervisor that Hired her to be on “X” Factor, knew that she was on purposely leaving the set, then she would
not be back, unless, it was a proven reason, foro her to leave.
Yes I know that I’m treating her like an elementary school/Jr high/High schoo staff memberm but unexcused absenses/on purpose leaving, cannnot, and/or, would not be accepted, unless, they are verifyed. The thing is, She might be super righ-n-allm and, may think that she can do whatever she wants to do, But not in the job world. It’s just like, a “NO CALL,” “NO SHOW,” “NO JOB,” type of rule. And, NO employee can be undeer the influence, of ANY trype of drug, unless it is a prescription druf, and if it makes you not aboe to do your job, you are sent home, until his/her Dr. says that he/she, stops taking the drug. It must be noted on the label as to what the drug is used for, or, he/she, will be sent home.
He/she should not be behiind the wheel of a vehicle, while under any medical drug, and if their vehicle is on the studio property, it ‘should remain there, until the owner is out from the influence of the drug. If he she fights it, he/she is automatically terminated, and their vehicle is put into a storage
room until he/she is no longer effected by the drug.
The studio producers, ahould have their secirity search their person, bags(including purses), for possible drugs that’ll effect their work, and report it back to whoever gave them the orders to do so, as well as to makew sure the gates stay closed till assistance arrives.
