This side-by-side comparison video of the Glee and Madonna’s versions of Vogue has been making it’s way around this morning and I had to share it with you. When you see it like this, you can’t deny that what they’re doing over at Glee is pretty impressive, at least in this respect.
Of course this only makes me more excited about a Britney episode of Glee. Her videos are some of the most fun/campy videos ever.
So America’s creativity at this point is like a glass full of backwash.
Nice.
So one song from one show copied the original video, and “America’s creativity” as whole is somehow implicated as a whole? Interesting…
delete “as whole” after “America’s creativity.” So much for my snarky comeback…
Harriet, please. Turn in your Internet to the local authorities.
I adore Glee, but a Britney episode really doesn’t excite me in the slightest. I think it’s because the Britney brand of crazy has permeated even her old classics, and now all I feel is slight pity whenever I hear her stuff.
I want Glee to make me happy, not leave me pondering the sad state of child celebrities.
So awesome! I love it.
(Molls, look up its vs. it’s and school yourself)
How many German Jews did you kill in the 1930s and 40s?
The song & dance numbers were cute, but the story sucked. It played like a cheesy 30 minute music video. Building a story around a collection of songs is awkwardly backwards.
Case in point: “Mama Mia”, which made me want to commit murder/suicide.
I hate this fucking show, too. Show us your “murder” face.
leave madonna alone. i hate glee.
what was impressive about them copying madonna?
