If there’s one area in life that’s easier for celebrity children, it’s the confidence to walk out of the house wearing things that average teenage girls would never consider. We’ve seen it with Nicole Richie, Kelly Osbourne, Bruce and Demi’s girls, and of course, bourgeoning fashion icon, Lourdes Leon. It must take a serious set of cojones (metaphorical, of course) to walk out of the house lookin’ like this (and you should see what I just walked my dog in), but Lourdes does it all the time and with confidence. In fact, I think any day now she’s going to get mixed in with the commoners over at this blog.
Cajones (drawers) or cojones?
Lourdes is becoming my favourite of the next celebrity generation… quickly eclipsing Zoe Kravitz. She just seems like she has fun, which is unexpected of Madonna’s spawn.
haha the blog you linked to is hilarious
I know!
Definitely made my day.
I agree. I sent it to my daughter and we went around all day yesterday pointing at people and saying, “Look at that fucking hipster.”
She’s headed to Berkley this weekend. I expect many pictures of hipsters…
Has she waxed her eyebrows yet?
At least she managed to get rid of the monobrow and the stache…good for her ;)
She looks uncomfortable and overcompensating to me.
That outfit doesnt seem so odd, most teens in the uk dress like that, my sister owns those leggings :/
agreed
Yeah I actually came on here to say the same thing. I’m studying in Italy and most younger kids I see in town are dressed a lot like that.
That website is hilarious though haha.
She’s very pretty but her mother has zero dress sense – hopefully Lourdes will not just be a trend-addict and will develop into an elegant young woman.
Obviously you don’t realize that this is an outfit extremely typical of teenage girls.
Agreed, very typical LA outfit.
I’m in Nashville a lot of the time, mainly at music venues located around Vanderbilt University, and the kids that go to school there dress like they live on the street. Keep in mind that daddy is probably a big-time lawyer, mommy comes from a wealthy family, and that there’s surely a trust fund sitting in the background somewhere.
They’re not fooling me. I know they spent hours getting their hair to look like they haven’t washed it in a week. I also know that the distressed boots they’re wearing cost more than my outfit, not to mention the fact that THEIR outfit costs more than my entire wardrobe.
Fuck hipsters.
