Madonna, her daughter Lourdes and some friends went swimming yesterday in Bucharest, Romania at their hotel pool, and I guess Madge was so comfy that she didn’t even bother to change out of her PJs. Yup, that’s her, swimming around in a tank top and capri-length sweatpants like the most self-conscious teenager that ever existed. To be fair, she has gotten a lot of criticism for her extremely skeletal figure lately and if she wanted to enjoy her pool time without criticism, this seems like a pretty good way to distract catty gossip writers.
Yeah, I noticed that in other pictures recently, too. There’s something wrong with her for sure. Why not get a tankini or something that’s a bathing suit, but just covers more if she’s worried about it? Or maybe she should just eat food like people are meant to do.
The formaldehyde isn’t keeping her as fresh looking anymore.
Madonna, shy? Is this the planet earth or bizarro world?
I hate to be nitpicky (>…<) and I am certainly NOT an expert on the English language, and sorry for this but Molls, sometimes your typing/spelling errors on an otherwise literate website get to me a bit.
Probably no one else is bothered by this, but if the editor or another could check and correct these posts sometimes it would maybe look slightly more professional, I find I skip over some of these articles because of the errors in the new staffs posts, or catch up on another site. Otherwise, I really enjoy your writing style. :)
agreed. jammies. two m’s. jamie is a boy’s name. i hope she didn’t go swimming in a boy named jamie.
she fixed it. bummer.
Hahaha, yeah, I noticed that first, then scrolled down and I’m sure there (is/was) a few errors in the next few posts down, too. I just hope they fix them all, it makes for a much nicer reading experience.
Sorry, guys. I apologize for any mistakes. My spell check sucks and I’m pretty sure “jammies” is a made up word anyway, but yes, I agree you guys deserve better than careless errors and I am triple reading my posts over to ensure that they happen less.
Maybe she didn’t think she was going to swim, then decided she wanted to and didn’t feel like going back to her hotel room to change. I’ve gone to the pool with friends thinking I wasn’t going to swim, and then decided I wanted to. Of course, I just didn’t swim even though I wanted to, but maybe she REALLY wanted to swim.
Just saying.
Sadly, this is probably part of her body dysmorphic disorder. She’s hiding underneath clothes because she thinks she is fat. She was photographed sunbathing with JL wearing sweats resently also. This is a very sad insight into someone’s obsession and self-loathing. She is to be pitied.
I was thinking the same thing.
She’s not wearing a woman’s bathing suit because she’s turning into a guy. Unlike Chastity Bono, she just doesn’t want to discuss it. It’s a done deal, except for the turning-inside-out surgery down there.
But she makes a very buffed guy. Now if she’d just cut her hair short, she’d look like a mini Hugh Jackman.
It’s not too super weird to wear clothes in the water if it’s for conditioning purposes to create drag…..buuut in a hotel pool= akward.
No, none of this makes any sense. She wears FAR less on stage so I don’t know how the idea of body dysmorphic disorder works. If she wanted to go swimming, I’m pretty sure one of her many lackey’s would have to grab a bathing suit. Besides, she went to a pool, so it’s kind of implied what you’re going to do if you are there.
Is this a Kabballah thing? I’m not trying to come across like a prick, but I know that many religions have rules about what’s considered appropriate attire and what isn’t.
I don’t know about the Kaballah dress code and I’m no psychologist, but it seems to me that Madonna has always been able to play “Madonna” with confidence but that in her personal life she is massively insecure. That could explain the discrepancy between skimpy stage cotumes and modest bathing ones.
SO many retarded comments here…There are MANY people in some countries that swim with some clothes on…The SUN intensity is getting worse every year with the depletion of the ozone and clothing in water adds some protection from UV rays…
