Kate Gosselin took to the Today Show this morning to speak with Meredith Viera about the changes that have taken place in her life recently. The two hadn’t sat down since the announcement of Kate’s marriage ending, so there was quite a bit to catch up on.
While none of the totally juicy goss about Jon’s new girlfriend, friendship with Michael Lohan and his palling around France with the mastermind behind Ed Hardy came out, we did get a firm denial that there is absolutely no affair between her and the head of her security team. In fact, she still maintains that she’s very close with his wife.
She also dismisses any and all rumors that have been started by her brother, saying that he saw the chance to turn his back on her for a paycheck and did so in a heartbeat. The best part of this is that Kate expresses that she’s disgusted by her brother who clearly is only trying to make money off of her children. Oh, the irony.
And seriously, why that haircut still? Is she just keeping it to be stubborn?
I like the fact that nothing she says here seems as if she’s thought about it beforehand. She seems very honest and although she talks in circles a lot, I think that shows a lot for her personality. I love her. Also: her hair is NOT that ugly. I don’t know what the big deal is.
This lady needs a Daytime Emmy… contrived, rehearsed, controlled, arranged… Famewhore needs to go away, raise her kids out of the spotlight; oh, but then she’ll lose that huge house and the lifestyle birthing 6 kids at once gave her. Jon’s no better, he’s just free of overbearing personality and is acting like Leo DiCaprio in a supermodel candystore.
Except Jon is doughy and balding with bad fashion sense and his candy store is full of marginally pretty completely unstable famewhores.
So he’s the Pennsylvania DiCaprio!!!
I personally loved the moment when she almost cried. I love how they both go on and on about how much they care for their kids and then they bash each other on national TV. That IS NOT helping the kids.
I agree with Molliealamode, if they care so much about the kids, they shouldn’t be saying all this crap on tv.. But ah well..
I’m still on her team either way, i think Jon is an asshole..
