This past Wednesday, Wendie wrote about a video Chris Brown posted to Youtube in which he and Lil Bow Wow defended Brown’s reputation in a language so badly mangled that it could only be identified via its dental records as English.
Later that same day, Eve took to her twitter account and told Chris Brown exactly what she’d do to him if he came at her the way he came at Rihanna:
After Kanye told us all we should “give him a break” and Diddy invited him over to stay at one of his mansions while Brown was hiding from the paps, I’m so glad that a big hip-hop star like Eve has had the guts to speak truthfully about this ugly, disgusting incident.
Eve is fed up with the way Brown’s actions are being overlooked and accepted, writing that she’s “so sick of the media trying to sugar coat a serious issue.”
HEAR, HEAR!
it’s about time! glad to hear it.
I hope he does go after eve-that would be fun to watch! him getting his ass KICKED like he deserves!
I heard that she’s saying she doesn’ t even have a Twitter account and this was some impersonator. Figures.
I heard that too. You never know what to believe on Twitter.
Her rep said straight out she doesn’t tweet. She said it Friday in time for you to not post this. It’s not like we don’t agree with Fake-Eve but it’s still fake.
the link no longer works, so im sure the above is accurate.
how disappointing. i so don’t like how NO ONE is backing up rihanna and POINTING OUT what chris brown did to her. agree with “fake eve,” who knows what happened and why but that doesn’t matter. HE BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF RIHANNA. no matter how bad an argument or whatever, no man or woman should raise a hand against another. SO WRONG. he needs to be burned alive.
i effing hate how he’s saying “he isn’t a monster.” boy, please! uauugahawefh aohfoahoahwfhoafh makes me so f*cking mad!
ok, i take back the burning alive part. i guess we shouldn’t use violence with violence.. *siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* unfortunately. dammit. arggh. he still needs to be punished.
HEY I KNOW! can we start branding abusers/rapists/etc on their foreheads? is that any better?
> “and no man should ever raise a hand to a woman”
Funny how wanting equality goes out the window when it suits women.
Equality has nothing to do with it, you blinkered axe-grinder. Leaving aside that there is an inherent inequality between men and women when it comes to physical size and power, saying that a man should not hit a woman doesn’t preclude any kind of statement about whether a woman should hit a man. You want to be a clever iconoclast, but you just come across as a tedious ignoramus.
Hehe you rock my world, Grace.
10 years ago MTV would have supported Rihanna.
10 years from now, other artists will (hopefully) be too scared (of their paycheck) not to support Rihanna.
But now they’re all just scared of alienating their audience, or not supporting one of their boys, so they leave their girl out in the cold.
She wanted to handle it quietly, away from everything, so she didn’t press charges. Now that bites back and she’s being turned into the bad guy in this situation.
