It was reported, then unreported, but sadly, now it is confirmed. Forty-five year old actress Natasha Richardson has passed away as a result of injuries sustained in a skiing accident on Monday.
The family released the following statement:
"Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time."

Congrats to Kelly Clarkson, who's dethroned Taylor Swift as the reigning queen of the charts. Kelly's latest album, All I Ever Wanted, sold 255,000 copies this week and landed her the top spot. Taylor's slipped to the #5 spot, which is totally understandable, because she's been at the top of the charts for the past geological era.

Whoops!! Kanye West was charged today with misdemeanor vandalism, battery and grand theft, and his road manager, Don Crawley, has been charged with the same counts, but two of each. This all stems back to a fight they had with paparazzi at LAX on September 11 of last year.
