was she really an alcoholic or was that pr spin to soften public opinion towards her out of control behavior? i think it was a whole messed up lifestyle. c’mon, she’s 22, of course she’s going to have a drink, people need to let her be. when she falls down drunk for the cameras, then you can run the rehab line.

I wonder why the term “alcoholic” is used so loosely now. Lindsey is 22. She has money, she has a great life, she is partying and enjoying it. Too many people throw that alcoholic word around now. It means something way more drastic then we see Lindsey doing. Drinking everyday, being dependent on it, and doing anything to get it, losing relationships, not being able to function, that is an alcoholic. Christ I used to party when I was that young, there is a difference.
If I was in her shoes, I’d be doing the exact same thing. It’s not like she has a job she has to show up for, sober, every day. She’s just floating along right now.
Maybe she’ll realize that this life track will only lead her to be the next Paris Hilton.

In all the pictures from this night – she doesn’t look drunk, drugged or anything but a bit tired.
Given she and Samantha flew coast to coast twice in 24 hours, and Samantha worked until 2am, they then got on a 5.30am flight home, anyone would look tired!!
If I finished work at 2 and had a 5.30am flight I wouldn’t sleep either, by all accounts they spent that ‘down time’ together, happy and relatively quietly…why the need to take one not particularly good photo and turn it into another trip to Rehab….what an exaggeration….give the girls a break…as she says herself ‘there are no stories when it is all good’.
