Today's Evil Beet Gossip

Yes, Okay, Let’s Talk About the Goings-On of Jamie Lynn Spears’ Uterus

Hi, guys. Sorry I’ve been gone all afternoon. I got like two hours of sleep last night and woke up this morning with this overwhelming urge to register my car in the state of Washington. I’m serious. I don’t know where it came from but I was just like “Must. Register. Car. Today.” So that’s what I did this afternoon. And then they had a little insurance station in the registration place and I went and talked to them about getting new insurance in Washington and learned that my 8000 speeding tickets from California? Don’t transfer to Washington. My car insurance payments are now literally 50% less.

I get back home to find like 100 emails from you guys inquiring as to the state of Jamie-Lynn Spears’ uterus. The National Enquirer ran a story saying that she was eight weeks pregnant because she didn’t think she could get pregnant while breast-feeding, so, ya know, oops. Some of you alerted me to this story, and the rest of you were like “Is it true???”

Now: Nothing would delight me more than this story being true, except for (pleasegodpleasegodpleasegod) a SamLo wedding and subsequent Newlyweds-style reality show. However, I doubt that even Jamie-Lynn Spears actually believed that breast-feeding was an adequate form of birth control. She has a GED, ya know.

But now JLS’s camp has confirmed to OK! magazine that she is sans baby. So either the story was false to begin with or she’s not going through with the pregnancy. Honestly, I’m inclined to believe it’s the former.

So there you have it. I’m going to go drool over my new car insurance documents for awhile and then maybe take a nap.

  • yes!!! omg a samlo reality show!!!!!!!!!
that would make my year. im so exited just thinking about it.
as for what the post was actually supposed to be about i neither knew about the rumor, or cared.
SAMLO REALITY SHOW SAMLO REALITY SHOW!!!!

  • Um, isn’t breast feeding a form of birth-control? Due to my obsessive reading of medication leaflets, I was under the impression it was.

My pill leaflet says it’s effective as long as you’re breast feeding intensively and not menstruating. I’m no expert, this is just FYI.

  • If your “Save the World” charity had a nickel everytime you said, “sorry for not posting”, that you “need a nap” or that “you’re in a shitty mood” ….Harvard could start their very own “Feed, Read, and Get ’em off Weed” program for underprivledged ghetto kids.

    • listen hear juss cuz we frum da ghetto dont mean dat we underprivledged… i take that as a ver offensive comment and many of are evtremly educated so if your retarted mind cant get around that fact then go shove something up your butt…now take that to the bank and see how much money u get!! U made ur self and blacks sound and look stupid but i just made me and blacks look smarter than ever!! butt wipe

It’s a damn shame I don’t have as much time to dedicate to this blog as you do. I certainly wish everybody could spend hours upon hours of their free time being assholes on the Internet for free, but some of us have other things going on in our lives.

  • Actually, breast feeding does make you less likely to get pregnant but I’m starting to think that shes mexican and just squirts kids out like what. Glad she chose to be responsible and go through with an abortion if true.

  • lol at evil beet. i just love when someone puts TSS in his place.

and TSS, save your jokes about what a suck-up i am or whatever other rubbish you may come up with. it’s highly unlikely that i’ll read it anyways.

  • thank you for posting this! i heard about a possible second pregnancy and i swore i wouldn’t believe it until you posted something about it. i mean,if you make a mistake like that once, im pretty sure you shouldn’t have to go through it again to learn your damn lesson! and i PRAY that if she is yet again knocked up, she isnt planning on nipping it in the bun, if you know what i mean. PRO-LIFE, WOOT WOOT!

  • Uh oh….

Somebody has to put a dollar in the PMS jar……

If I didn’t love this blog so much and was insanely jealous that your writing style is so much more eclectic and congenial than mine I would never come back. God know there are a billion celeb blogs out there.

So ……..in conclusion…………. This is all YOUR fault.

  • Under certain conditions, breastfeeding IS a form of birthcontrol. However you ovulate BEFORE your first period comes back, so you can’t rely on waiting for your first period. If you can tell when your body ovulates you’re good though.

  • @ alli

that’s true only to a point. Yes breastfeeding can cause you to not ovulate, but it’s not full proof by any means. You don’t know when your body will start to ovulate. Most likely, you won’t be able to get prego until the 6 month mark, but you can get prego as early as 3 weeks. You just never know. That’s why my ass went on b/c right away after my 2nd kid! I breastfed both my kids for 12 months but I wasn’t taking any chances!

  • @ memaw Megnolia,

You “love it” when someone puts me in my place??? Do you get a tiny orgasm and break open a shiny new Werthers Original for your retarded grandkid?

If I can dish it… I can take it. And I’m BEGGING for someone to put me in my place and make me laugh…

But alas….that will NEVER be you because lady, you ARE a hapless, sycophantic, suck-up, but it’s cool though…. It’s always easier to kiss ass when you don’t have a spine.

  • @TSS:

You poor little guy! Obviously you didn’t get held enough as a baby and were spanked too much as a child. I’m sending you virtual hugs in hopes that they might help you cry it all out.

    *HUGS*

  • That’s what happened with her older sis, too. She got pregnant right away after the first one. USE BIRTH CONTROL DUMBASSES!

  • memaw? retarded grandkid? sycophantic? wow TSS, you really dug deep on this one. anything else you wanna say to me? maybe if you’re lucky, i’ll break down and cry this time.

  • awww megnolia, you had to go ahead and admit that you read it anywayz? i was rootin’ for ya up until you let everyone know you caved.

  • Breast Feeding is not a form of birth control!
It can lower your chances of conceiving, as mentioned in the posts above by Jess, and Abbi.
And as I was told by my doctor after my son was born, it is very very very possible to become pregnant even while breast feeding because your hormones are all over the place. She called me a fertile Myrtle lmao.
And she strongly recommended taking birth control right away even if I was breast feeding.
Plus for some reason, some chicks seem to get pregnant by just looking at cock, so really the only safe route is …. birth control, so please ladies keep taking your pill after you give birth, just ask your doc for a RX. Unless of course you want another kid that quickly.

  • censorthis: yea i tried. but i was bored and needed something to laugh at and TSS certainly delivered. i definitely enjoyed when he tried to throw around such a big word as ‘sycophantic’ in a sad attempt to sound like he wasn’t saying EXACTLY what i said he would.

on the plus side, he called me a lady. isn’t that just the sweetest thing? =]

  • I don’t like being told I’m wrong.

    See:
    http://www.breastfeeding.com/reading_room/lam_page2.html

the method described, which relies on breastfeeding, proved 98-99% effective – better than the pill.

People can make their own choice as to which birth control method to rely on, I’m just saying that it’s not stupid to think breastfeeding is an adequate form of birth control, as per the post.

  • @ Alli

I know it was posted on the internet, but sometimes you should listen to an actual doctor, who is in the same room, and where you can see the medical degree.

Honestly though, if you read a post on some forum board telling you that playing in traffic was 100% percent safe, would you believe it?

  • Breastfeeding is a really safe way to not get pregnant for alot of women IF you follow some rules about it. I think its something like feeding at least every 4hour all through the day and something more. Cant remember now. And yes doctors say that to purplemonkeypaws.
And you cant take the Pill when your breastfeeding you can have another kind of pill but not the regular one cause of the hormons going through the milk.

  • Allis link had all the rules actually, no bleeding after the birthone ofc, breastfeeding day and night and a baby smaller then 6months. Then its a 1-2% chance to get preggers again.

  • @ Kattis,

Well the doc gave me the exact same Rx that I had before I had my son, which reminds me, make sure you use a rubber if are taking antibiotics, because it makes the pill useless.
But I may have also been on a lower dosage, my body reacts really weird to any Rx, and I had to go on like 4 different pills before I was able to find one that didn’t give me really fucked up side effects.

  • I live in sweden so I dont know what you call your pills over there :)
We got the pill and then the minipill, and its the mini one you get when breastfeeding.

  • “break open a shiny new Werthers Original for your retarded grandkid?”

OMG – I have to control myself from laughing too loud lest I get caught at work reading this blog!! TSS I love you!

  • ’ve been looking forward to this for sometime. I know some people like to do this just for the link juice. But the truth is, I would do this just for the fun of it. This is my first tim…
