No idea how he’s gonna pull off a believable Brodi again, but mad props to him for taking the shot.
He looks very thin.
josh, he does. i see this and it is very scary. the eyes are the first ”sign” that someone is sick. jeez, hang in there, guy.
pancreatic cancer *is* scary. i watched my aunt go from a healthy, vital and active 62 year old to a shriveled and gaunt corpse in 5 months. horrific. beet, there is no “full recovery” here, just a holding at bay and staying alive and able to function with as little pain as possible for as long as possible. i pray that he doesn’t have much pain….
so sad….
Jojo: I hear ya. The twentieth of this month marked the fifth anniversary of my grandfather’s death from this shitty disease. It’s horrible. It’s like watching somebody rot. They’re completely bed-ridden, they can’t eat or drink a damn thing besides popsicles and ice cubes, they have tubes sticking out of everywhere… it’s just horrific. Those memories of seeing my once plump, jolly grandfather laying in that bed looking like a skeleton will haunt me til the day I die. It’s something I struggle with on a daily basis. I pray to the Gods that Patrick will somehow fork out some miracle money to save himself from this horrible demise. This just makes me so very sad. I hope whatever the outcome is in this terrible mess is peaceful.
amen Melissa!
Oh, God, poor Patrick! I really hope he’ll be ok, against all the bad notoriety of this dreadful disease.
NO ONE PUTS BABY IN A CORNER!!!!!!
I love Patrick Swayze, he genuinely seems like a nice guy. I hope he pulls through. I’m just glad to see him out and about.
A reminder to us all to live each day and get as much out of it as we can.
There’s always hope – I have a friend whose father developed pancreatic cancer 5 years ago. It was touch and go for a while, but now he is healthy, in recovery, travelling abroad, going on roller coasters etc etc. Keep believing…
i &hearts patrick …
