A court today decided that Britney Spears’ father will retain his conservatorship over his daughter until the next hearing on March 10.
An attorney for Spears’ father also told the court that investigators have spent over 200 hours trying find the Britney Spears’ sometime manager and friend Sam Lutfi to serve him with court papers.
The commissioner agreed to reissue a temporary restraining order against Lutfi if he is not served soon.

The court should really have TMZ serve the restraining order to Sam Lutfi. One of their cameramen could probably get it done before day’s end.
Good idea…and while the court is at it, they should put a restraining order on every papparazzi in town forbidding them to get within 100 feet of Britney. How is this girl ever going to be able to start her recovery with all these crazy guys shoving cameras in her face.
