Over 3.9 million total viewers tuned into the “Rock of Love with Bret Michaels” reunion special this past Sunday night (10/7) to learn that Bret’s love match was a mismatch. VH1 will continue to help Bret find his ‘rose’ and announces today that a second season of the record-breaking series will premiere on VH1 in early 2008.

After handing in her VIP pass, Jes, the pink-haired beauty proved she was not fit to handle Bret Michaels’ rock-star lifestyle. But the tour continues on and the Poison frontman is searching again for someone to ‘rock his world.’ The second season will feature 20 new women pining for Bret’s heart.

  • check this out, Bret doesn’t need to do another rock of love, he found Heather, what’s up, is it for show, because if it was real he should just call heather and fix what he did. Heather loves him and she’s good for him. A mismatch would be another Bret and Jes when Heather is out there.

  • Ok….first of all bret may not be an a-list rock star anymore,but these girlz would all be unknown if not for his show. Especially jess. She acted sweet and classy on his show but showed her true colors at the reunion.Now she has a big ego and thinks shes gonna be a big sucess.If not for Bret,no one would pay her any attention. Her clothing line is overpriced and nothing special and ,really niether is she. She is not pretty, cute at best , and frankly a bitch for treating bret like that. That girl is a user and I hope her boyfriend dumps her after her 15 mins. of fame are over.

The gossip is that she not only (obviously) doing the show to further her career (whatever that may be…) but she also has a serious boyfriend back in Chicago IL who she is currently living with! When she calls him from the show she pretends he’s her brother…sick.

    Bret Michaels is charged up ready to embark on the new season of “Rock of Love.”

    The first season of the controversial series propelled Vh1’s ratings to new heights as it posted the highest ratings of any show on the network. “Rock of Love” continues to be the #1 most streamed content on vh1.com, and the finale of the series attracted a staggering 5.4 million viewers.

    The second season, which airs Sunday’s at 9PM EST on VH1, promises to include even more mayhem and controversy! The series will include contests such as a baby-stroller roller derby, the second annual Bret’s mud-bowl where the girls compete to win a date with the singer while playing football in the mud, and a greased pig contest in which the girls must catch a bandana clad pig.

    “I don’t know of anything that can predict a long lasting relationship like a greased pig challenge!” Michaels said.

    The women who competed for Bret’s heart in season one made one thing very apparent from the very launch — they hunted Bret, and they were willing to do whatever they could to win his heart. Now, twenty new women will lay it all on the line for their opportunity at the supreme rock-and-roll romance. And this time, it will be bigger and better than ever, because as any rock fan knows — the best part of any rock-and-roll show is always the encore!

    Over 3.9 million total viewers tuned into the “Rock of Love with Bret Michaels” reunion show and watched as Bret and Jes’ (the woman he picked, but who walked away) part ways after she proved she was not fit to handle Bret’ rock-star lifestyle. According to Michaels, “The first season worked out really well, and it turned to be a lot of fun the first year and since things didn’t pan out with Jes we decided to try it out one more time, to see if things work out and I can find that one special rock and roll girlfriend.”

    VH1 and 51 Minds Entertainment informs that they will give these twenty sexy, saucy ladies a chance to prove they have what it takes to win Bret’s heart. After moving into a super-sized rock star mansion, the women will be put to the test. Each week, they will have to prove to Bret they are worthy of sharing his spotlight. They’ll show off their own special talents, and demonstrate their mental and physical ferocity in an effort to win some much-coveted one-on-one time with Bret. Can they go all out in the high-adrenaline activities Bret loves, and still clean up for a sexy nightcap? Can they work together to protect Bret’s progeny from a group of crazed super fans? And perhaps most importantly, can they fend off the fierce competition from the other women in the house also vying for Bret’s attention and affection?

    In the end, only one lucky girl will win this multi-platinum rock God’s heart, as Bret Michaels will choose only one lucky lady to be his “Rock of Love.”

  • this show is soo fake, on the reunion show note that jess is wearing a CHII clothing brand shirt, it comes from chicago just so happens at the beginning of the show they picked her out as the winner.. and this was all a publicity stunt for brett micheals, and the whole time jess was dating her boyfriend that worked for the clothing brand CHII. my brother has met jess and his friends with her boyfriend thats how i knw why because my brother is friends with her boyfriend. crazy huh?
