Nicki Minaj's father, Robert Maraj, has died after being struck in a hit-and-run accident on Friday evening. He was 64 years old.
According to Nassau County Police in New York, Maraj was hit by a vehicle which subsequently fled "without a meaningful description" from witnesses. He was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition and succumbed to his injuries on Saturday.
