How’s everybody been doing? To be honest, I’ve had a pretty bummer week. So I figure it’s time for some levity with another round of Best and Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week! Nothing cheers me up like looking at celeb fashion and ragging on it, when necessary. I do hope you’ll join me.

Y’all know the drill, right? Go through the photos and make your picks for who has the BEST, WORST, and most WTF look of the week! And then look at yourself in the mirror and sadly sing “Wonderwall” while you cut your own bangs, tears rolling down your cheeks. I mean, what?

Carmen Electra at her 43rd birthday party. She doesn’t look 43. She also doesn’t look human. I like the sparkly minidress, though. Good call on that one.

Anne Hathaway. I love this coat. I kind of need this coat.

Oh, look, it’s Cher. Haven’t seen her around in a while. She looks so over it. But I guess she always does. As for the outfit, I can’t really tell what she’s wearing, but hey, it’s Cher, so I’m giving her a pass.

Elizabeth Olsen. I like the idea of wearing a crisp white tee with a fancy skirt.

Ellie Kemper. I love her but I hate this hair. I think it ages her 10+ years.

This is a model named Emily Senko. I love this look. Even love the contrast of a stark white dress with black shoes.

Emmy Rossum looks adorable as always. Very preppy, love the hair.

Jena Malone appears to be wearing a very elegant shower curtain.

Kate Moss. Meh, she’s done better. I mean this is very lovely, but it kind of washes her out.

Kate Bosworth. I mean, she kind of looks like a child, but I feel everyone in overalls looks like a child.

Kate Winslet. She always looks fabulous, but the bow detail is really throwing me off — the placement is so odd.

Kim Kardashian. I can’t believe how tame this is for Kim. Even the makeup is toned down. I think it’s a fairly ugly outfit, but yeah.

Kylie Minogue. She looks like a fancy gift bag.

Linda Cardellini is my goddess. Whenever I see a photo of her, I’m amazed by how much they aged her on Mad Men. She can really pull off any look.

Marion Cotillard has really been disappointing me lately. What are those pants? Is one leg rolled up higher than the other, and if so, why? What’s going on?

Olivia Wilde. I like the spirit behind this, the Great Gatsby flair, but I think overall, it fails. There’s just WAY too much going on. It looks like her shoulders are covered in massive caterpillars. But that cat eye is ON POINT.

I see Rose McGowan is still rocking her Liza Minnelli look. I say, you go, girl. Liza is fab.

Scarlett Johansson. I’m sorry but I just hate her hair. And I’m not psyched about the mullet gown either.
