Good news, everyone – Paula Patton is finally free. Less than a year after Robin Thicke finally hung up his hat on the “Get Her Back” tour of contrition, the terms of their divorce have been settled and in just a few weeks time, this long national nightmare will finally be over.

Paula filed legal docs Tuesday declaring they have reached a property settlement as well as a custody arrangement for their 4-year-old son Julian.
The terms of the settlement are private. There’s an indication from the legal docs Paula is getting primary custody, but it’s not spelled out specifically. They’ve also agreed on the terms of spousal and child support.
The divorce does NOT become final until April 14, 6 months after Paula filed. At that point they will be officially single, but now it’s just a matter of time.
Not much to glean from this other than that the paperwork has been filed and it’s now a waiting game, but good for Paula for having enough backbone to kick this piece of shit to the curb. I imagine between alimony payments and copyright infringement charges, Robin might need to get a Saturday job. Maybe a paper route or something?
