Imagine my surprise when Angie here showed up at the 2012 Golden Globe Awards looking like a cracked-out hot mess circa 1999. I mean, the lipstick? Was that supposed to match the red in that AWFUL dress, or was the entire bargain-basement-rate prostitute look based solely on the lipstick?
Also, ‘Gelina really needs to go and eat herself a hot dog or three. And not those chintzy, nasty tofu dogs – I’m talking gen-you-ine 65-grams-of-fat-per-serving garbage dogs straight from the grease pit, because boy. I don’t know if she’s trying to fit in or whatever with all those skinny villagers she’s trying to save from their third- and fourth-world countries, but she’s doing a damned fine job of it if she is.
Other dishonorable mentions include Evan Rachel Wood, who was doing so good ’til she dyed her hair a cheap, flat monochrome blonde; Madonna, who might have really reconsidered the sleeves (and their length) of her otherwise-OK gown if she looked in the mirror that night before the fete – and also, lost the glove and bangle bracelets, because they do nothing for her arms; Kristen Wiig, who’s been too busy sucking face with Drew Barrymore’s ex to notice that her hairstylist missed a big-assed spot in front during her last hair-dyeing sesh, and also, wasn’t that the same outfit that ‘Jenny’ in Forrest Gump was wearing when she was going to off herself after that coke-and-beat binge? No? Finally, there’s Jessica Biel, who’s already trying on ugly wedding gowns.

Hmmm…I disagree about Angie. It’s definitely not the best dress she’s ever worn, but it’s not awful. Then again, I wasn’t a big fan of Michelle Williams’ dress – I think she looks like a grandma.

Really? Jolie as number one? I thought she looked the best she’d looked for ages – the dress was fitted beautifully and had a splash of colour, unusually for her. Then again I thought Michelle Williams looked awful, like she had fallen into upholstery, so clearly we have polar tastes :P

Also, I think Lea Michelle looks like a Vegas drag queen (no offence to drag queens) and I am really disappointed in Zooey’s mature and sparkly look & her hair.
Kristen Wiig is looking a little (a lot) Kate Walsh in the face and hair, I totally had to do a double take to confirm it wasn’t the Private Practice star. In terms of fashion, I don’t think anyone looks particularly awful, Angie’s dress does look a little Cache circa year 2000. Also, I think Madonna could have been a best dressed if the entire dress was the same material as the top half.
It looked like Madonna’s breasts were being painfully squished in a top that is at least two sizes too small. Yikes. And liked the fit of Jolie’s dress and it wasn’t nearly as offensive as others.
Why has no one pointed out Jessica Biel’s toe sticking out of that shoe? I can’t stop staring at it O_o
