“My acting teacher and music teachers didn’t really like me and they kind of ignored me. I think that they were threatened by the fact that I had worked before. Maybe it made them feel uncomfortable. I would have loved for them to have taught me but maybe they felt like they couldn’t. They just ignored me and didn’t really pay attention to me. Like, they were stupid … it was pretty silly of them. I’m on a show called Glee right now and I could sing their praises, but unfortunately I don’t have anything to say.”
Um, wow. I guess I was wrong about that whole down-to-earth thing. I’ll admit — I’m wrong sometimes. This was one of them. But Lea? Could we take the Mariah Carey down, like, six notches or so? I mean, you haven’t even been all that popular for a whole minute yet. OK? So let’s try not to break out the award-winning speeches until it’s time, aight girl?
She’s not wrong. Her high school has been trying to make it seem like she got her training there when it couldn’t be further from the truth. They’ve publicly stated this, going so far as to have a news crew cover the “story.” She has every right to speak up because they are clearly lying.
And from people who attended the school, she was treated very poorly by a particular choir teacher there because she had already starred on Broadway. Jealousy and resentment, apparently.
yeah, i dont think she sounds being full of herself by just saying what school has been for her, you just make it look that way…
If she sounds snotty at all, it’s like the kind of snotty that kids eventually grow out of. Uh… does that make sense? I don’t like the cut of her jib and I’m not particularly a fan, but it’s kind of cute that she basically plays herself on TV.
Ahh shes homely anyway.
