Well, well. This is interesting.
DEA investigators want to talk to Mary-Kate Olsen about the death of Heath Ledger — specifically, it seems, with regards to where he got the OxyContin involved in his overdose — and her lawyer is refusing to let her chat with them until she gets immunity from prosecution. All the other drugs found in Heath’s system came from valid prescriptions, but the Oxy, it appears, was obtained illegally. And probably from Mary-Kate or one of her entourage.
If the Feds choose to, they can obtain a grand-jury subpoena to compel her to talk.
Hm.
This could get interesting.
It’s generally a good policy not to talk to the police under any circumstances unless you’ve been granted immunity. Her lawyer is smart.
This is a long video: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4097602514885833865&q=james+duane&ei=6ymXSKn4K4ri4QLZoPiXBQ
but it explains very well why you should never talk to the police. For further reinforcement, if that didn’t convince you, watch the response by Officer Bruch that’s in the sidebar.
The little rich bitch is a criminal.
but why would you need immunity if you haven’t done anything wrong?
the job of the cops is to twist anything you say into something they can charge you with. period.
obviously jennie didn’t bother watching the videos I mentioned above.
obviously.
I feel bad for her. She is so cute, and even if she did give him drugs, it’s not like she deals. (I just can’t picture her dealing).
it was his fault to take too much, and unfortunatly he suffered the consequences.
LOCK THE BITCH UP!
She killed my Heath!!!
:'(
(I always knew Ashley was the better twin!)
