Why do people always wait forever to file lawsuits?
And who the hell hires Kim Kardashian as their stylist?
Let’s back up.
Brandy Norwood’s mother/manager is suing Kim Kardashian and her siblings, accusing them of running up more than $120,000 in credit card charges without permission while Kim was styling Brandy.
She alleges Kim was authorized to make a single purchase on the family’s AmEx card, but later ran up a ton of unauthorized charges, and gave the card to her siblings, who also ran up a ton of unauthorized charges. Kim claims she and her family were authorized to make all the charges. “We have her signature on all items,” Kardashian says.
You’ll recall that Kim also starred in a recent sex tape with another Norwood: Brandy’s brother Ray-J, who she later dumped for footballer Reggie Bush. Seems like there’s still some bad blood between the families.

About twenty years ago, some random dude at a bar told me to put all my drinks on his tab. My friend heard the offer and took advantage, with my complicit agreement. I still feel a little guilty about that extra fifty bucks on his card. If these allegations are even half truth she should be ashamed. But, with the time lapse…Mom should be ashamed for not speaking up immediatley. Maybe we would have been spared meeting the Kartrashians.
if this was really the case, they should have taken it up with AMEX at the time and not paid the bill.

I never thought I’d ever, ever defend Kim K., but, You know, this sounds really fishy. If the charges were in fact not authorized, why didn’t Brandy’s mother go to the police? It would certainly be a criminal matter if this went down exactly the way she says it did.
I think that Brandy authroized the charges without her mother’s consent. Kim K does say they had approval, and the charges were made at their stores. Mommy found out, and got mad, but wants to blame Kim, rather than Brandy.
